Job Description – Site Coordinator

Assist Staff with Rule 3 compliance regarding ratios, supplies, form completion and curriculum delivery
Provide input for bi-annual assessment of children’s development
Maintain daily open communication with parents
Monitor accident reports, attendance / meal count sheets, separation reports, etc.
Maintain confidentiality
Report any suspect abuse to Teacher and/or Director
Assist in cleaning facility
Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
Attend in-service and staff meetings
Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets
Maintain current First Aide and CPR credentials
Adhere to the Behavior Guidance Policy
Assist children with washing, toileting, and diapering
Meet all applicable licensing regulations

Lead Teacher- Full-Time position Monday - Friday This person will be working with children ranging in age from 24 months to 5 years as the lead teacher.

We are looking for someone who has experience teaching preschool children and qualifies as a Lead Teacher according to Rule 3 guidelines.

The above position is perfect for one who enjoys working with children in a growing program. Additional hours are available, but not mandatory. We are located inside of Odyssey Charter School in Brooklyn Center. Our address is 6201 Noble Avenue North, Brooklyn Center MN 55429.
