Job Description – Site Coordinator
- Assist
Staff with Rule 3 compliance regarding ratios, supplies, form completion and curriculum delivery
- Provide
input for bi-annual assessment of children’s development
- Maintain
daily open communication with parents
- Monitor
accident reports, attendance / meal count sheets, separation reports, etc.
- Maintain
confidentiality
- Report
any suspect abuse to Teacher and/or Director
- Assist
in cleaning facility
- Maintain
a safe and healthy environment
- Inspect
and replace damaged or lost materials
- Attend
in-service and staff meetings
- Keep
all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets
- Maintain
current First Aide and CPR credentials
- Adhere
to the Behavior Guidance Policy
- Assist
children with washing, toileting, and diapering
- Meet
all applicable licensing regulations

Lead Teacher- Full-Time position Monday - Friday This person will be working with children ranging in age from
24 months to 5 years as the lead teacher.
We are looking for someone who has experience teaching preschool children and qualifies as a Lead Teacher according
to Rule 3 guidelines.
The above position is perfect for one who enjoys working with children in a growing program. Additional hours
are available, but not mandatory. We are located inside of Odyssey Charter School in Brooklyn Center. Our address is 6201
