- Assist staff with rule 3 compliance regarding ratios, supplies, form completion and curriculum
- Perform teacher job description when needed

Job Description – Teacher (2)
- Plan both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
- Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child
- Encourage Assistants and Aides to contribute to curriculum delivery & planning
- Coordinate field trips
- Prepare monthly lesson plans
- Create and maintain a classroom file for each child
- Complete bi-annual reports and through parent teacher conferences
- Maintain confidentiality
- Professionally maintain daily open communication with parents
Cook
- Issues clear and concise instructions to subordinates and ensures that these instructions are fully understood.
- Strives at all times to increase employee morale
- Notifies the Director of any required materials or supplies in a accurate and timely manner. Follows up to ensure that the order is filled as specified.
- Ensures that assigned work spaces are cleaned as well as possible at the end of the day.
- Investigates and resolves food quality and food service complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducts performance evaluations with assigned personnel in accordance with established restaurant policy and procedure.
- Operates kitchen within budget standards.
- Maintain food inventory
- Ensure that adequate supplies, materials and/ or equipment required for daily work assignments are on hand prior to beginning work each day.
